Ichi Sushi - Fano

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Ichi in Pesaro. The all you can eat sushi was of excellent quality, with plates arriving promptly and allowing enough time to savor each dish. The warm rice and fresh fish, perfectly seasoned, added to the delightful dining experience. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was clean, and we appreciated the option to choose between ordering only the blue dishes for €13.90+1€ or all the red and blue dishes for €19.90+1€ (drinks and deserts not included) although it could have been clearer on the menu. Typical Japanese restaurant with the now well-tested all-you-can-eat formula, you eat whatever you want by paying a fixed price. Like practically all Japanese restaurants that offer this formula, you pay more in the evening but the choice on the menu is wider than during the day. Nothing to say about the food. Nigiri, uramaki, gunkan, temaki and sashimi were all good. Obviously we don't reach the levels of a Japanese à la carte restaurant, but for an all-you-can-eat the quality is excellent. The service here at Ichi Sushi isn't super fast, but that's okay. The dishes are brought little by little, in several batches, unlike other restaurants where they bring the sushi all at once and there is no space on the table to put it. The environment is modern and elegant. The prices are in line with other all-you-can-eat options, in fact, perhaps even a bit lower. For lunch you pay €14.90 while for dinner you pay €22.90. If I return to the Pesaro area for lunch or dinner, I will probably return. Vegetarian options: For vegetarians and vegans the choice is very limited. Except for about ten items on the menu, all others include fish and/or shellfish. Parking: The parking situation is typical of any city center: few parking spaces, paid during daytime hours, and in any case all always occupied. Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is perfectly suitable for children. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessing the restaurant may be inconvenient for those who use wheelchairs, due to the small steps at the entrance.
