This is hands the best Banh Mi in Darwin. Recently moving back to Darwin from Brisbane I was very disappointed with the Banh Mi in Casuarina as they didn't even do the pate. I was ready for disappointment but Bami Winnellie has restored my faith in Darwin food. I got the crispy pork belly banh mi The meat was soft tender and CRISPY Pate was delicious Vegetables, sauce and spiciness all really well done. The entire thing was super moist and easy to eat The ONLY thing I would have liked to see is if the bread was crispier.
