Good Ruben sandwich. I had biked for days on brp and I needed a animal protein and some veggies. many sour and broth were roasted to perfection. super close to the parking lot, no reason to pass on.

Great discovery in a rural area. must try if they are camping or just go through for the beautiful landscape. I had the meat store sandwich. so well I highly recommend it. hubs had the golf related Deli sandwich he also recommends.

It felt cozy and quaint inside. It felt like a sandwich deli used to. I had a great reuben and thought service was fairly quick. It's close to the interstate and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Just stopped here for lunch and what a pleasant surprise! Easy location off 77, fast and friendly service, and the sandwiches were terrific. We had the Hot Mama, Monte Cristo, and a couple sides of soup. Everything was fresh and delicious, and such a welcome break from all the fast food we mostly encounter on long road trips.

Great little place! Limited lunch menu... mostly soups and sandwiches... but they were VERY good! I had their Reuben and it was packed with meat!
