Rastella - Falmouth

This hotel is fantastic with excellent dining and amazing service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Falmouth. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. We had a wonderful three-day stay!

That is the restaurant that is part of the dealers where she serves breakfast and dinner in the same opposite. beautiful environment; the breakfast is great and the one meal that we had was also good we were originally booked for the taste menu that was canceled on the day due to personal shortage, provided that this was covid connected. the a la carte menu was beautiful and we could taste a dessert originally on the taste menu that was unrealistic (lemon pudding.) friendly staff.

Absolutely incredible eating and wein in rastella. we stayed in the hotel and couldn't help, but here everyone at night eats. the menu is perfectly curated, and everything is of such high quality. the wine list is extensive and very good. the staff are friendly and attentive; katie made our evenings in rastella especially unforgettable and pleasant thanks to katie.

Absolutely fantastic experience all around. I unfortunately booked for the wrong date, but the maitre d' was incredibly gracious and managed to find us a table with only a brief wait at the bar. The tasting menu is outstanding, and the wine pairings are exceptional. The dishes are intriguing without being overly experimental, clearly reflecting a local focus that is both fitting and well-executed. The waiting staff were attentive and helpful without being intrusive. I highly recommend this place to those looking to break away from the typical hotel dining experience—this is not just a hotel restaurant; it's much more engaging and inviting.

Some of the finest locally sourced ingredients I've ever tasted. If possible, definitely try the tasting menu!
