Shell - Falmouth

Worst gas station. I bought a Mr.Fog and it didn’t work at all, they said they can give me half off my next one even though I’ve been buying them from here for 7 months now. Worst customer experience and doesn’t even try to help you, no reimbursement or exchange. Go to the marathon .2 miles down the road for real ones and better customer service!! Shell lost a loyal customer.

Hours are completely wrong, don't waste your time. Take your money elsewhere!!

This is a fantastic place! I feel like part of the family every time I come here.

I would advise against visiting this gas station. I tried to use the drive-thru right after another customer was being assisted, but then they oddly went silent and disappeared. My best friend, who is Black, went inside the store instead. After we decided to give up, another car pulled up behind me, and they immediately attended to that vehicle and two others without any delay. While she was in the store, my friend received unpleasant stares the entire time. It seems there is a racist atmosphere in that establishment, so I recommend steering clear of it altogether!

The restaurant appeared to be open, with a sign indicating so and all the lights on, yet it was actually closed. It's pretty frustrating.
