Eli's Tavern - Falmouth

We really enjoyed our food, drinks and the vibe at Eli's. The musician was excellent, good selection of songs and not too loud that you couldn't have a conversation.

No one at entrance of tavern, no sign to indicate, SEAT YOURSELF OR WHAT. WAITED 5 MINUTES, another couple walked in, (a local), they acknowledged the couple right away. Finally asked if we should seat ourselves, which we did. ToServer ok, not too friendly. Fish and Chips fish was DRY, THE Chowder was excellent. Friend got some baked seafood. It was OK. Seems this tavern relies on you to take care of yourself.

On this particular evening we were looking for lighter fare vs a big dinner. It was perfect, then, that on Monday nights, Eli's offers an $8 burger. It was cooked perfectly on a brioche bun and was satisfying in every way. Accompanied by nicely crispy fries, I ate every bite. The Tavern is cozy with a handsome bar. Despite the rainy weather, it was nicely busy for a Monday. Service was very efficient.

Everything was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this brunch.

Server sat us right behind a large group despite there being several open tables away from group. Despite our protest would not move us.
