Attunga Restaurant And Bar

Poor service. our 2 18 and 17 children have been kicked out of the bar/lounge area because they needed space for guests who pay for drinks, although our children like to order alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. even at dinner the 7 of us were kicked out before the desert was served after only a half hours, because they said they needed the table for another booking! we will not be back. this is after spending more than $2800 for 2 weeks nights. incredible! as supplement to this review after the owners have seen answer, there are 3 obvious lie1) children were said to leave, not rushed out. one of them is 18 and is right to use the bar area. at no stage was asked to move and not sit in the central area. 2) the manager was there all the time, we were there on Saturday night until we left at 8.30 because we were told that there was a booking after us and they needed one table. we have booked this table well in advance, and therefore we could not even have our whisper. the manager was there at 20.30 a.m. when we were gone. the young waiter who told us that we are done was very embarrassing and apologetic, but said he was dependent on the manager and he could not do anything about it. another lie from the manager.3) the apartment was left in untouched condition when we did not make the bets. we do not drink or smoke children. we had young professionals with us in the 20s. we didn't cook anything. all the bowls of chalk in the morning were washed by us. so the fact that we leave flat dirty - that is another lie. I should also add that none of the bedroom doors closed. also the heating was set by the hotel, they could not adapt it. it was so low that we were cold! if there is any doubt that we would come back, we will not come back in a definite way. if there were an evaluation of zero stars, that would be the one we would choose.

Beautiful meal here, best view for a restaurant on the mountain. the wine selection is a small selection of mainly local weeping, which is beautiful with possible support.

Great bar and restaurant. I only tried the bar but will update when I stay in a few weeks. Cozy, lounge and great views.

As an addition to this review after seeing the owners response , there are 3 obvious lies 1) kids were told to leave , did not storm off. One of them is 18 and was entitled to use the bar area. At no stage there were asked to move and not go sit in the central area. They were simply told to pack up and go. 2) the manager was there through the whole time we were there on Saturday night until we left at 8.30. We left because we were told there was a booking after us and they needed a table. We booked this table well in advance and because of this could not even have our deserts. The manager was still there at 8.30pm when we left.The young waiter who told us to finish was very embarrassed and apologetic but said he was instructed by the manager and he could not do anything about it. Another lie from the manager. 3) the apartment was left in pristine condition other than we did not make the beds . We don’t drink or smoke, no little kids. We had young professionals in their 20s with us. We did not do any cooking. All the bowls from cereal in the morning were washed by us. So the fact that we left apartment dirty -that’s another lie. I should also add that none of the bedroom doors shut closed . Also the heating was set by the hotel, you could not adjust it .It was so low that we were freezing cold! If there was any doubt whether we would come back , we definitely won’t be coming back now. If there was a rating of zero stars , that would be the one we would choose.
