The way my barista, Jonathan, made my drink? UH. MAY. ZINGGGGGGGG ? HE. ATE. FR FR. My favorite drink is a Shaken Brown Sugar Espresso and this one was the best by far. What a LEGEND.
Susan, the barista, is demonstrably and overly passive aggressive. Three times that I went to this location at 5am, for a simple cup of coffee with cream and stevia on the side, she included the cream and stevia in the coffee Wasting my time and she knew it.I'm unclear as to why she is able to maintain employment with Starbucks under these circumstances.
Today I ordered online a drink at this location as a mistake in the morning while I was at the other SB location already, so I called and asked them if I could pick it up later today and the lady who answered the phone said yes. And when I came in the evening to get my drink, they acted like I was a liar! The worker treated me so rude and made my drink so bad. He is the man with the beard (he didn’t have his name tag on).I ordered a Grande drink in Venti size because I wanted more room for the foam but look at the drink, if excluded the foam, maybe it’s just a Tall size.
Ordered a hot chocolate with sweet cream as the base for my Mom. What do you know? I got just hot sweet cream. $6 bunks for hot sweet cream. This is why I think it’s hella ridiculous that Starbucks (and any other retail) would have a tip feature on the order app and ask for a tip before the service or customer experience is complete. Nowadays, folks want to be tipped for doing their job (and giving me what I paid for) even when they even don’t do their job nor actual wait on customers in the traditional sense.
