Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Surprises that it's as good as it is. I never thought so much about a franchise.

I have been coming to this restaurant with my family for a long time. However, during our last visit, we witnessed a staff member dropping a piece of chicken on the floor and still serving it to a customer, which was completely unacceptable.

I ordered a $40 Popeyes family meal, but it was old and cold. We couldn't even eat it. Spending $40 on fast food, one would expect it to be at least decent.

The chicken is good, but the service is terrible. Every time I have visited this place, the staff has been unfriendly and unhelpful when it comes to suggesting items from the menu.

It would get another star or two, if they could get delivery orders correct. Disappointing when having partial meals that you have to improvise to make up for missing items.
