I love this Jimmy Johns, never had it delivered but in person it has always been consistently good and fast. The workers there are great too

This location used to be good, but has been horrible the last two orders. Two weeks ago, the order took 20 minutes and the bread was over cooked and hard. Today, i show up and they said they accidentally voided my online order and need me to pay again. Ok, no problem. I drive 5 miles home, open my sandwich, and they messed up my #12 so bad, plus somehow forgot to put the turkey on it. A sandwich without meat. Very disappointing. Might not be worth driving there every week any more.

Guess what, i didnt get the chance to try the place!I'm a subway fan, heard good stuff about JJ and that theyre similar in concept... so i went in to this branch in particular, a working lady approached me..Me: Hi! This is my first time here, could u help me with how things work here where to start from, etc....Lady: yes sure, the menu is up here, what do you want.Me:... umm, so where do i startLady: read and see for yourselfMe: alright, thanks... left the store.If you dont WANT to sell, i will not buy.. this is my principal in life.

Second week in a row I ordered delivery on a Sunday. Was more than one and a half hours before the food came. Sandwiches ended up being soggy and uneatable. Last time I order from this Jimmy John's. Next time I'll do jersey mikes two blocks away from them
