Icream Yogurt - Falls Church

I believe the interior design has changed significantly since the restaurant first opened. There have been so many alterations that it no longer has the same aesthetic appeal.

Boba is really nice but last we came the trash was overflowing, they forgot one of our drinks, the menus smelled like they hadn't been cleaned and after our drinks were made the employee was talking loudly on his phone at the front of the store.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Why would they even open doors at a certain hour that they’re supped to be opened by. I waited 15-20min past the opening time in the car and once I walked in; they tell me “they’re not open”, and to wait outside because it’s only “one” person there at that time.Better training is needed on how to approach/talk to clients. Gave it two chances two different times and in both the same person failed.

What a disappointing experience on all levels: the quality of the food and the customer service. First of all when we ordered, we wanted to modify the ice cream flavor for our waffle from chocolate to vanilla and they said it would require 2 to change the flavor which seems really unreasonable. Secondly, for each additional plastic fork they charged .25. When it came to the actual food we ended up ordering a Nutella crepe and it was inedible. The crepe was hard to chew and not flavorful. Also, the interior of the restaurant felt dirty and did not get a welcoming feeling. I’ve been to many dessert places in the area and this was the worst I’ve had. Not worth your money.

Definitely the worst food place ever. All the workers are extremely unprofessional rude and act like they are illiterate. They do not know how treat or talk to people. I’m pretty sure they are serving bad food or doing something really unhygienic behind the scenes because one day later I got extremely sick. Started throwing up. My comment isn’t the only one where people are getting sick. Please read other comments as well. Everything tasted fake af. Matcha ice cream pure up tasted like sugar candy. Please DO NOT GO or you will get ripped off and get sick.No matter how much amount of money you spend, they will not give a free low quality plastic spoon without additionally charging you 25 cents. I lost money, got sick, and still have to go back for a refund and watch them tell any other story. I would give a 0 start -100 if I could.
