Domino's Pizza - Falls Church

I used to order from this restaurant quite frequently. However, food typically arrives about 20 minutes after it comes out of the oven, taking another 30-40 minutes on a good night. Today, my order was over 45 minutes late and arrived cold. I reached out to customer support, but their response was unhelpful. They offered me free food as compensation, but I declined because, based on my past experiences with this place, I was afraid it would turn out the same way.

The staff was extremely rude, particularly the chef and the vendor. The experience was quite disappointing. They were also working without masks or gloves, which is concerning.

I requested to speak to the person in charge, and another man answered the phone. I asked if he was the shift supervisor, and he confirmed that he was. I then asked for his name, and he said it was Deese. When I requested his last name, he replied with "Nuts" and hung up on me. This behavior was absolutely disgusting, and I was left feeling outraged. There is nothing that would persuade me to order from this location again, let alone from Domino's as a whole. I'll be returning to my local pizza shops instead. Once again, **AVOID THIS LOCATION.** **ORIGINAL REVIEW, AUGUST 2020:** This location is far better than the one on Lee Hwy in Arlington. I've always had a pleasant experience when doing carryout. I'm not sure if he still works there, but Shakib has such a friendly and approachable demeanor, even during busy times. He greets customers with a smile every time. Nearly all my orders have been prepared well, although I did have one issue with an unprofessional and rude delivery driver, but I believe he no longer works there. Aside from that, my delivery experiences have been great.

Jerry always makes my pizza, and it is quite good, except during busy times. Love the website design and this store offers, many ways to get your food!

Had one bad experience where our delivery order and incomplete and also wrong. Called, they said they couldn?t do anything about it. I thought it was a fluke and one time bad experience. Tonight, we ordered delivery and the pizzas sat at the store for 32 minutes after coming out of the oven before it left to be delivered. I called after they had been sitting for about 20 and they said they were leaving now? I selected ?contactless delivery? since all 4 of us have Covid. He rang the door bell, I told him through the glass we have Covid and he stood there expecting me to open the door to hand it to me. Then he asked me to tip him (I usually would, but was a bit off put by the experience so far) and Ismael proceeded hand me a pen and receipt for a tip. Then, once he left, we discovered the pizzas were completely cold (I mean, COLD, not warm at all) and one of them was completely the wrong order. Really disappointed. I will say, Jason on the phone was helpful and apologetic when I called. I likely won?t be ordering from this location again.
