I'll add a picture showing what they sent me for a Supreme pizza. Nothing about that resembles a Supreme.
I'm so disappointed with my orders. Extra cheese, in my opinion, a lie. They have never had extra cheese, despite paying extra. My order was incomplete. I didn't receive the soda that I ordered, and both pizzas taste weird. Like they just warmed it up or the ingredients were bad. For the cost you expect for it to be right.
Always a great experience at a business that appreciates it's customers.
I ordered delivery at 2:57 pm and it was supposed to be delivered at 3:52. I called the store and was directed to a call center in Mexico that jerked me around for 30 minutes. I got told everything from the store doesn’t open til 5 to my order will be delivered in 55 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor over and over again to no avail. They even told me the store would be calling me and that never happened. Since I couldn’t get ahold of someone who actually worked at the location, I drove up there to see what was going on with my order. They said they didn’t receive it and didn’t have my phone number to call me to give me any sort of updates. I told them I wanted a refund, and now have to wait 3-5 business days for my money back. I spent 70 dollars including tip. They did absolutely the bare minimum to make it right. Corporate doesn’t care and neither does this franchise. I’ve always been a fan of Pizza Hut and am sad to say I will not patronize any Pizza Hut location eve again.
