Fall River Grill

Pre ordered food for Mother’s Day 4 days before Mother’s Day. Order was confirmed. Fall River Grill didn’t fulfill the order.. my elderly parents were left waiting for a Mother’s Day home deliver lunch . That never came.. this is unforgivable .. no phone call.. no email no notification .. I tried calling .. they would not pick up the phone.I advise everyone to not do business with people who disrespect patrons . They do not deserve anyone's Business. There are plenty of other restaurants in Fall River that do.. and we should give them our business .

The atmosphere is rustic, quiet and clean. The service is friendly, professional and quick. We started with Portuguese rolls that were fresh and very soft. I ordered steak tips and my wife ordered Portuguese fish. My cauliflower and broccoli were perfectly cooked as were my steak tips. The vegetables were crisp and tasty, not overcooked. The fish was excellent and my wife said, “I am glad we came here.” My steak tips were tender and covered with onions, red peppers and a very tasty sauce. The portions are huge and the prices very reasonable. Our waitress, Sabrina was great. I am a chow hound but I had no room for dessert. Definitely worth coming back!!

Service is pathetic. Hostess and bartender heavyset woman) do not belong in the service business. Waited over 45 minutes for a take out order and was completely ignored the whole time. Very disappointed and will not go back.

Food seems to have dropped off a bit from the last visit . Not much salted cod in the cod fish Braz. It needed seasoning. Fresh cheese very good. Parking: They have parking meters

Attentive staff, deliciously good food, big portions, and great prices.
