Dunkin' - Fall River

I never get bad food or service place is totally amazing.

I swear this is the ONLY Dunkin in Fall River that I will go to! Their customer service is excellent and they never get my order wrong. It’s always up to date with their decor and always very clean. I never see bugs around their donut or bagel area unlike every other Dunkin in Fall River. I made the mistake to go to the one on Quarry St. because it’s right next to where I live and was so disappointed it’s worth it to take the extra 10 min to go to Milliken Dunkin with great staff and great customer service.

I literally travel out of my way to go to this Dunkin , some times their a wait but worth it ,(depending on time of day )an If when theirs a problem they fix it, No hassle . Staff are always nice the only tips they take are Kind Thank You .... no matter the business u visit your attitude can make the difference.

Love love love Dunkin coffee in the morning. I really don't think anything in this world is better than a nice hot Dunkin coffee on a crisp morning with a bit of a chill in the air. Just perfection!! I was so sad when they discontinued the Dunkachinno that was my all time favorite I remember the first time I got a one way back in 1999 when my mother stated working at Dunkin and it was my go to for a lot of years very very sad to see it go. I really hope the bring it back even if it is in a limited capacity for a short time every now and again because I really love this things

I don’t want to come off as a grouch, but I encountered a familiar scenario today. An older woman was working incredibly hard by herself, while at least four younger employees were in the back chatting and texting instead of helping out. I assume the older lady is the manager, or she certainly should be for the effort she put in. She called out the younger staff, and they promptly returned to their duties. My coffee was excellent, and the sandwich was satisfactory, so I can't really complain. Overall, it was an average experience that you'd expect from Dunkin'. If I had been more impressed, I'd have rated it five stars. Still, I’d definitely stop by again, as I have many times before, and I would recommend it to my friends. If you're looking for a quick sandwich, donut, or coffee, this is a great stop. Plus, it's conveniently located right across from the 195 E/W Highway ramps—can't go wrong with that!
