Umar's Tandoori - Falkirk

Ordered food which was 1 hour delivery time only to inform it would be later. Hung Up on twice when rang to question delivery times R4

Have used umars for a long time ....but twice I have nearly choked on a bone in chicken curry ....and whilst I was waiting I decided to sit and wait ....looking round the floor and surrounding areas it was absolutely filthy ...Will never eat from there again ...sorry

We decided to try for the first to as our usual place has put prices up and reduced portions... this place got recommended to us, I popped in for a takeaway on the way home from work for the 3 of us... We were not disappointed we had 3 different curries, tikka masala, madras vindaloo.... 2 rice 2 naan bread they all had plenty of chicken and nice spicy tasty sauces... everything was hot fresh!! It was £10 cheaper than our usual, we will defiantly be back for another....

Absolute shambles, 1hr 20mins delivery after an estimated 30mins! Arrived at the door following 2 phone calls but still 50mims late so phoned to tell the to cancel the order !

Order was late. Ordered via food app and paid online Discount not honoured, most food cold, only fit for the bin, phoned immediately re 2 missing items, but not delivered, and free inclusive items not delivered either ? Awful start to finish, never again Raising issues with food order apps who employ/use this takeaway , it gives them a very bad name? Recommend you order anywhere else, not here!
