Contribuiți la feedbackToday an incredible thing happened to me at this station. I had previously purchased a Total voucher from Total online and saved it in my Google Wallet. When redeeming it, the supposedly new employee said that she could only accept a voucher on paper. When asked about the possibility of saving such a voucher directly on my cell phone, I was simply told: Anyone can do that. My comment that the voucher was sold at Total with the note “like cash” was also ignored by the employee, who apparently was not trained for the job. Other customers waited in line and smiled at the employee 's incompetence. However, others also complained about why it was all taking so long. Happened on October 6th. at 5 p.m. Dear Total, please explain the job better to your employees so that they don 't look like idiots in front of all customers. You don 't have to accept such a treatment and the local ARAL will certainly be happy about a new customer. They also take their own vouchers and are happy about the sales.
I would especially like to thank the caretaker Mr. Noack. He helped me immediately with a problem with my trailer without hesitation out of kindness to the customer. An employee from the checkout, however, at the moment, ruthlessly rounded up the caretaker. According to cash register employees, he should do his janitor's job and not help others. The customer is king, especially in times of need. Thank you Mr. Noack and totally Falkensee

Unfriendly staff If you don 't pay 50 cents as a non-customer , you will not be allowed to go to the toilet...
For refueling, it's ok. For my tank side, depending on the way, only one column.
