El Mesón Sandwiches - Fajardo

Disappointed with food. I ate breakfast at Las Nietos yest which is a small place but everything tasted good but not here. What else can you expect from a chain!!

This place surprised me! Media Noche sandwich was hot and delicious! Eggs, toasts and potatoes were hot and well presented. Coffee was hot and strong … acceptable. Place was opened earlier than I expected. Eating area was cleaned and not crowded. The carry-on line outside can be a test for anyone’s patience. Give an opportunity for any “El Meson” near you . Prices affordable and menu extensive.

Always busy here! Food is que rico! Love love love it. And there is a Baskin Robbins here too my only complaint is the parking

This is a popular Puerto Rican fast food, place that serves sandwiches and breakfast items. If you like soup and sandwiches with combos this is the places. To-go option was easy and the cashier took our orders. I really like their Cuban sandwich and the vegetable chorizo soup. It was a perfect meal to eat on a rainy day. They also have drive thru option if you want to stay in the car.

OK...it's El Mesón and it's good food compared to mainland competitors. However, the lines are long and even the drive-thru does not make sense. Good food if you are willing to spend at least 30 minutes or more waiting either in the drive-thru or inside. Unfortunately, this is the only one in the area, so not much to do about it.
