Bistro Del Mar - Fajardo

Food was absolutely mind-blowing amazing. Very flavorful, fresh. VERY clean food truck by the bio bay. Customer service was outstanding. We ate in several places here in the island during our week stay and this was hands-down our best meal. Prices were ridiculous affordable for the quality of food. I mean gosh this was by far WAY better than the 'top ' restaurants at our resort. If you are in the Fajardo area you HAVE to stop by. We loved it so much we went there 2 nights on a row. The food was well seasoned. Im def sropping there again next time Im in the area.

Fantastic food made to order from a small food truck/trailer on the waterfront. There are options for everyone and a wide range of unique hot sauces.

Had it after a day on the beach at luquillo beach had the best empanadas! Found out they'd be there at bio bay and brought all my friends to try the most amazing food truck in PR! A def must!!

This place is amazing! The food is excellent and the owner as well as the chef are nice and involved with the customers. It was the perfect meal after doing the bio Bay tour! I wish we were staying longer because we would drive over just to eat another night: we will be back one day!!

Everything about this place is awesome from the amazingly fresh food prepared on the spot to the quick service of quality food. It was all very healthy and you could tell it was prepared with love ..... amazing.... I will definitely be back
