Urban Chili - Faizabad

Once upon a time this would have been a classy restaurant, one of its kind in Faizabad and the toast of the town. But today many things are lost. An ageing decor, missing items from the menu, slow service, lack of adequate staff. With all this in mind, do you need to still visit this place. Yes. Some items on the menu are really well made by their cooks. So that is why they get four stars. Limited parking on the road. Might get crowded in the evening.

Great place to hang in faizabad. a very nice restaurant with a great interieur and ambiente. air conditioning. directly at the train station. the food taste is amazing. Hygiene is good. but the waiters are very slow and irresponsible and also they are less informative. they don't know about their own courts. when they visit here, they try the paneering dry, it is great.

Service was not up to the mark. Staff only busy in cross- selling of Green- Salad to each and every customer and not focussed on serve the food to the customer. Disappointed
