Mcdonald's - Faisalabad

Saturday n sunday are most traffic days at Macdonald but they ever organize this hassle with discipline, tasty food makes kids to cry and spend time over there , we went for take away option as my guest were waiting at home, it was still enchanting for family to visit n for recreation

I went to McDonald's today for lunch, and I was very disappointed. The food was subpar, the service was rude, and the environment was dirty. I ordered a Big Mac, fries, and a Coke. The Big Mac was dry and tasteless, the fries were cold and soggy, and the Coke was flat. The service was also very poor. The cashier was rude and impatient, and the order took forever to come out. The environment was also dirty. The tables were sticky, the floor was littered with trash, and there was a strong smell of grease in the air. I was very disappointed with my experience at McDonald's. I will not be going back there again. Negative aspects: Food was subpar Service was rude Environment was dirty Recommendations: Improve the quality of the food Train the employees to be more polite Clean the restaurant more often Overall rating: 1 out of 5 stars I would not recommend McDonald's to anyone. McDonald's Faisalabad is a popular spot for food lovers. The ambiance is vibrant, with a modern interior that's kept clean. The staff is friendly and prompt, always ready to assist. The menu is diverse, catering to all tastes with its range of burgers, fries, and shakes. The Big Mac and Spicy McCrispy are crowd favorites. The Happy Meal is a hit among kids. The ice cream cone is a sweet ending to any meal. The drive-thru service is efficient for those on the go. It's a great place for a quick meal or a hangout with friends.

I went with my friend in the evening. First of all they have have something called digital kiosk which basically lets you order and pay without the involvement of any human and this makes ordering smoother and quicker. one thing that is worth noticing is that they use manually deboned chicken which means is not plant based or grown through cloning kr any other artificial method. Burger taste is excellent. But their fries are ordinary nothing special and highly inflated price and this is the sole reason why I gave 4 stars.

Good experience overall. Other than the Take away pathway that is really unsafe and without lane discipline! MANAGEMENT SHOULD REFLECT ON SAFETY OF their Customers!
