Contribuiți la feedbackThe service is terrible. We ordered a large pizza, 45 minutes after the estimated time it was supposed to be delivered we finally got the pizza.... The delivery driver complained about the tip, she said I guess something is better than nothing , the pizza was a medium, not a large, and the pizza was cold. I called the store(which is a call center that transfers you to the store and the store never answers the phone) and the second time calling the call center hung up on me after I tried to explain to them that the store wouldn 't answer the phone. I 'm just going to dispute the charge and let them deal with it. I would stay away from this place. Just order somewhere else or go to a different location. Edit: I got an email from customer service and after filling out the complaint form, they want you to create an account for a third party website that handles their complaints. Pizza Hut is good, but it 's not so good that you should have to deal with terrible customer service.
We ordered 3 pizzas for pick up and they were wrong so I called and got hung up on 3 times by some dude, so we drove back to let them know. The other dude was HORRIBLY RUDE. AND NASTY To me and snapped at me when I was 100% chill, that's when the one Lady managers Jordan came and was super sweet and the other lady manager was sweet. I told them our WHOLE order was wrong and they went out and beyond to make it right, the guy who has the absolute WORST attitude was sent home after they heard/saw how he was and guess a few other's complain about his rudeness. Im NOT the type to EVER complain about food, but we helped them because they were short staffed and they were behind for delivery so we went and picked up, i hate seeing ppl lose hours/money BUT how I was spoken to was VERY unprofessional! BUT the Ladies were VERY nice redid our food and tossed me a free dessert, so win win . I just want it to be known yes it was a bitter SWEET experience but in the end EVERYTHING is GREAT.
