One Gyro - Fairview Heights

I wasn't really a fan of gyros before, but I absolutely love this place! Everything is ALWAYS FRESH, and the staff is incredibly nice and friendly! I find myself going there almost every week.

I give this restaurant a solid 5 stars for their cheese sticks and exceptional service. The young woman in purple glasses was charming and delightful. The cheese sticks are truly magical. Unlike typical breaded varieties that are overly crumbly, these have a texture closer to beer batter and are simply amazing!

The gyros are packed and absolutely delicious, while the nachos are exceptional. This is the best spot in the mall's food court!

The food here is great and juuust properly cooked! If I could give more than five stars, I would. If you are trying to find a restaurant (in St Clair Square Mall) where you do not want to spend too much money, then One Gyro is the place for you!

The gyro and rice is absolutely amazing! The rice looks simple, but is full of taste! Beef is always so delicate and perfectly marinated.
