Contribuiți la feedbackFresh food sometimes. Please without messing it up, But tried to many times to give you more of my money. For old messed up orders I'm done to many other places up here. You guys are lucky it was not my other family member with allergies or this would be going down a different path. Here's a pic of my B&G with jelly on the biscuit that the cook tried to cover with jelly did he really think he was going to get away with this. Called manager she didn't care wants me to go up there and get another one from same cook uh hello this was not a mistake I didn't get my hashbrown this person know they put a jelly biscuit in the B&G.
Usually I don't have much complaints about this location. I use to work at a McDonald's so I know from experience. But this recent new hire they have for a crew is terrible. They had myself and several others parked and it seems like they completely forgot about us because several people in line was getting their food ahead of us. And like I said I know from experience so I try not to complain but when I finally went inside to cancel my order I saw the worker who was supposed to bring me my food just talking away while my food was just seating on the burner
I don't know what to say about this location. McDonald's was the very first job I ever had, albeit over 30 years ago, the work ethic and customer service skills have stuck with me. The food at McDonald's is no longer hot or fresh, and the employees seem to be bothered by having to work. Kind of makes me want to step in, train and manage. I'm thankful all locations are not like this one.
First impression is that the restaurant is clean, modernized quiet. Ordered from the kiosk. It's relatively user friendly, you just have to be familiar with it. I requested dining inside the kiosk directed me to pick up a table marker my meal will be delivered to my table. Well, that's a lie. After about 8 minutes my order came up one of the workers yelled my number at the pickup que along with the rest of the to go orders. It's probably quicker to order through the app or use the drive through.
We used the drive-thru for breakfast. We had difficulty understanding on the speaker. The board kept changing our order and price, so we didn 't know if she had our order correct or not. Finally, we drove around and asked. She was very cordial. We got the correct food and drink. The blueberry muffins were inedible. As that kids said, They were nasty. We threw them away. The egg muffin was tolerable at best. The egg was cold and tasteless. The English muffin was crunchy, hard, and dry.
