The staff were very kind. Our food was brought to our table with quick service. Everything was great for us. I noticed a customer had come inside and voiced she was just at the drive-through and was missing an item. The worker was extremely polite and quick to fix the situation. He had a genuine smile on his face while taking care of other customers as well. He was also training a new employee while she was taking our order. He was extremely calm, kind, and helpful as she had some difficulty with finding the right buttons. You could tell the crew working the shift had a good relationship and worked well together. Communication between them seemed good, and everyone was pleasant.

Ordered food got to the window picked it up pulled to the side to eat since dining room was closed. The food wasn't even warm, took the food back and told him what the deal was. He made it again and gave it to me with the same results, the food was cold. Took it back and told him to just return my money. He returned part of it and never even apologized or anything else. Usually you enjoy food from here, even if everything is not exactly right. However, ordered chickens aftero supreme, was even tho no drink for the combo, chicken almost not present, asked for jalapeños on the side, girl repeated it back to me, boy on the window repeated it to me ... still no jalapeños in sight, must be on the side of someone else order, after fire sauce and extra, got 1 piece of fire and 2 original.
