Domino's Pizza - Fairview

I received a burned pizza and when I brought it to the manager's attention, he refused to make it right. Instead, he actually threatened to sue me for slander if I shared my experience regarding the poor food and service!

This Domino's Pizza is my absolute favorite! The pizzas are always cooked to perfection with a crispy crust and flavorful toppings that never disappoint. I usually don’t like wings from chain pizza places but the ones here are solid and packed with flavor. This Domino's location is my go-to spot for a consistently delicious meal that never fails to satisfy!

The pizza was burnet and i was very very dissatisfied and called and they did nothing

Store#4857: It was raining out, no mats were on the floor, and the floor was wet. I slipped and fell, landed on my right knee and hurt my left wrist. The associate saw me fall and didn’t say anything. When I got to the counter he asked me the name for the order, ignoring the fact that he just saw me fall. I got my order and then told him the floor was wet and should probably be mopped as I just fell and hurt my wrist and knee. His response, “oh, ok.” There were several other people working and no one said anything about the situation. The associate followed behind me and threw a mat down on the floor over where it was wet as I was walking out the door. The mat was rolled up in the corner, not sure why it wasn’t on the floor to begin with since it had been raining for a while before I came in. Then, I got home to realize my pizza had the wrong toppings. I called to complain and a different associate told me I had to bring the pizza back in and they would remake it, or accept store credit. So now I drive to the store a second time with the pizza in hand so it can be checked because apparently I’m lying. The associate opened the box and front of me and nodded his head as if to confirm I wasn’t lying about the mistake. I have never had such a bad customer service experience at this store. I’ve gone there dozens of times, but I won’t be returning after this. I guess I should have read these other reviews. Horrible customer service and they apparently don’t care about simple safety protocol. Never again.

Terrible service. Rude people. Combative workers ! Had curbside delivery.......they never came out...........never called...........waited 10 minutes and went in the store and was yelled at.
