Pizza Hut - Fairmont

Had my food delivered to a hotel. Pasta and salad. I asked the delivery guy if the was plastic ware. “Wasn’t on the order” No plastic fork. It’s no pizza.

I ordered and was told 30 minute wait time for delivery. 5 mins later I get called and told a hour wait, which was perfectly fine with me. I didn't receive my 20oz drink I ordered and after tipping the driver $9.00 I asked where it was and he said he had 4 deliveries he had to do. I ordered bread sticks and got garlic bread and the pizza was cold. The salad was the only good thing and sad it cost me $27.00 for a salad because everything else went in trash. Ordered a pizza from this location looks like the pizza should have stayed a little longer in the oven the pizza was gooey from the crust and the toppings we're cold.

Pizza served is cold and they don't like answering the phone and/or following instructions you may have, like cutting your pizza into squares. Received pizza with half my toppings sled to the other side and onto the box

We just picked up two pizzas from the Fairmont Pizza Hut, and they were the best we’ve had in a long long time! Fresh ingredients, crispy crust and delicious. Way to go and thank you!
