Arby's - Fairless Hills

I just had lunch with my granddaughter at Arby’s in Fairytale Mountains. We went through the drive-thru and took our food home. What a disappointment! Our two sandwiches were almost half the size of the roll and the meat was barely placed in the middle, with very little sauce and cheese. The roll itself was dry. I’ve always liked going there for their beef and Cheddars, but after today, I’m left wondering if their sandwiches are made this way just so they can sell them for $2.06?

For all cheese enthusiasts, take note. In my opinion, the bread was quite awful — it had the texture of a sponge. The meat looked and tasted decent, but the substance melted on top didn’t resemble cheese at all. The sandwich, though served hot, contained cold ingredients. On the positive side, the curly fries were excellent. Just like the aftermath of a century-old flood, it’ll be another 10 years before I consider eating at Arby’s again.

I really enjoy Arby's and visit about twice a week without any issues. However, during my visit tonight, the young woman at the drive-thru was not doing her job well. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was met with an attitude. My request was quite simple—something I ask for every time I go to Arby’s. Unfortunately, these two employees seemed to think it was impossible to accommodate my request, which any other business would have been able to handle. Their behavior was unprofessional and immature.

Good food and service. I would recommend the brisket sandwhich.

Awesome food, very nice employees, constantly awesome ambience. They charge affordable rates and the food quality is fantastic. Keep it up.
