Firehouse Subs Market Street - Fairlawn

This is the nearest place I live and I had to travel for 30 minutes. We have the Prime Rib (only limited time) Sub and it was SO SO SO GOOD! The most friendly staff ever. The woman who works, looked outside and saw me fighting with my blind mother, she ran outside and held the door for us and made sure we were all right and the same as we went. Come back 100%.

Some of my staff went to a class. Customer service was excellent. I ordered her new Prime Rib Sandwich. Wasn't impressed. Flavor was okay. The chips were baked and delish. Your confetti sugar cookie was extremely soft and buttery. Overall, it was a nice tryout place.

This place didn't make my order right the last three times I was here. Since I'm just standing here, I'm waiting for her to remake my sandwich for at least 15 minutes, my penance must be to make my sandwich right. This place is called firehouse? When people in the firehouse worked like they were all in trouble.

I really liked this place. First time being here and I was not disappointed. They allowed dine in, which is nice. Very spacious and easy to get in and out of. The staff was nice and the food was made decently fast. Plenty of different options for drinks and their sweet tea is pretty good as well. I got a medium sub and it was about the right size for lunch. I would definitely go back if I was in the area.
