Sonic Drive In - Fairhope

Come here to wait 30+ minutes for a mobile order. Multiple cars waiting in stalls for just as long or longer than me. Still haven’t received my food at time of writing this review. No way to cancel order and no one answering the phones. Unfortunately at this time you can’t pick up mobile ordwrs in drive through…

I stopped going to the sonic in Robertsdale over a yr ago. Very rude when I tried to get my mobile order, so I stopped, I was in Fairhope n hungry, gave it a try, just some tater tots, not real hot, but good.

I was using the sonic app and somehow placed an order at this location (previously visited on vacation) instead of the location back in my hometown in Tennessee. I’ve called 5 times and no one is picking up the phone to cancel my order and get a refund.

Drive through line was a little slow, girl at the window was very personable.

Food was cold and was not fresh drive through window need a good cleaning and the ground in front of the drive through need be shrub drink was flat.
