Little Caesars Pizza - Fairhope

I ordered a pizza and informed the staff that I would be going next door and returning for my order. When I returned, I asked the woman at the front desk about my pizza. I overheard her questioning the man behind the counter about my order. He mentioned that he had given it to a DoorDash driver and would need to make another one. However, no one came out to apologize or explain the situation to me. Eventually, the DoorDash driver arrived with my pizza. The lack of communication and professionalism from the staff was disappointing.

I called ahead to inquire about their current workload and estimated pickup time. They were efficient as promised. The pizza we ordered with the regular crust was fresh and delicious.

I mentioned that it took 10 to 15 minutes for a paprika pizza. I suppose this is the end of the hot and ready concept.

Bad experience! We placed an online order ahead of time for pickup at 5:45 -we are bringing food to a party. We didn’t get our pizzas until after 6:15 so very late to our get together. they Couldn’t do discount on it.
