Contribuiți la feedbackSo it 's early Sunday AM, when I decided to try the newly plant based restaurant on Doordash 's (DD) App, by the name of PLANIT EATS.Not expecting to get my order confirmed until 10 or 11a... that idea was quickly changed after a message popped-up , stating that... this merchant will decide on the use of DD or their own courier service, therefore, all your contact information will be forwarded to them... Ok, fine with me.At this time, the Google Tracker begins counting down from 55mins, since my payment had already been processed and the order was confirmed... Ok, cool.When it gets down to 1minute, for the last 30 mins, the total wait time is now at least an hour a half, so I tried to first reach out to DD, but there 's NO place to do this so I Google the restaurant 's number and after I CALMLY explain the wait time along with the above confusing message that popped-up... WHICH he asked me to read to him...... He then proceeds to VERY kindly explain, that... THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM FOR THE NB AREA, and in his opinion, there 's not enough drives . I asked if I should wait longer; he recommended that I cancel with DD, because he doesn 't show an order for me and there 's NOTHING he can do.At this point, I requested his name (Mike) and also asked IF DD needs proof that we discussed this supposedly CONFIRMED order... may I contact him back at the same number... he said YES. AS SOON AS Mike I concluded the call, it 's now approximately a total of two hours post confirmation and a message from DD pops-up sayin... YOUR ODER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, ENJOY YOUR MEAL. Athough I was at the window, all along, I still checked the front entrance... NOTHING The RATE your service was the only open portal to reachout DD... so I thought... BUT a page openned thereafter, saying... CONTACT THE MERCHANT THEY USE THEIR OWN DELIVERY SERVICE, along with a highlighted toll free number at the very bottom.I tried the number several times, but all it gave out was their locations. NO live reps followed, so I phone MIKE back, ONLY to CALMLY briefly explain what transpired after our call concluded, so he would know that a message to contact his employer, accompanied by an 855# is as far as concerned customers will get, especially since he claimed, during our *initial conversation... that I was SOMETHING LIKE THE TWELFTH PERSON WITH THIS SAME PROBLEM, ever since Planit Eats signed with DD and has confronted them about it. This same Mike, who said YES to a call back, decides to begin SCREAMING AT ME, instead... like he was the one on the receiving end of a $deduction and NO delivery service. He REFUSED to understand that I was merely tryin to tell him why I 'm the twelfth individual, and it 's NOT necessary to explain AGAIN, how tied his hands were, because I was jus gonna file a claim with my credit card company to obtain a FULL REFUND.I felt REALLY, REALLY, DIS-RESPECTED as a WOULD BE, FIRST-TIME CUSTOMER and had to match volumes with his rude behavior to remind him that I 'm ONLY A CUSTOMER, NOT his family member.... YET HE KEPT AT IT, SO I HAD TO DISCONNECT FROM THE NASTINESS He 'll be gettin twelve more calls on the same matter, since he/Planit Eats doesn 't have the same AGGRESSIVE ENERGY to proactively pull themselves off of DD 's app ?Well, if you wanna be one of the newly twelve, when you choose delivery... have at it. My first impression has been SOLIDIFIED, so I 'm not the least bit curious of how well (or NOT) their pick-up OR dine-in services are... I can only image, but hopefully y 'all will have a better experience My apology for the L-O-N-G account/REVIEW, but it took HOURS jumping through hoops between the two companies... because apparently, like the delivery services offered, a FULL refund was nobodies problem
This place shouldn’t be on Uber eats or dash. Completely misguiding, didn’t realize it was just a meal prep place. Ordered steak tips expecting nice freshly cooked delicious meal. And it comes in like a Tupperware that’s been in the fridge and you warm up yourself. Which would be fine if that’s what I was ordering. But it’s not even close pretty disappointing. Haven’t tried the food yet, hopefully it’s good at least.
The people who work there are super friendly and are willing to double check ingredients for you if you have allergies. The minus one star is because I went on Monday, May 30th and granted I didn't have a chance to eat the meals quicker but today I had to throw one out because of mold and I realized that the date on it was May 28! So it's a good place to go that will help you watch for allergens, but remember to check the dates on the food. :
Love this place, its the perfect thing to get during my lunch break at work. The best part about it is it's helped me with my diet so much because the food tastes even better than the junk I used to it, its ready for pickup right away and is healthy. I go atleast 3 times a week.
