Waffle House - Fairfield

Brandon, the chef at this restaurant, is truly magical with how he prepares all the delicious food. I ordered 5 meals with extra waffles and pork chops, along with hashbrowns and a couple of steaks. Despite having several other orders to attend to, Brandon managed to have my food ready in less than 25 minutes on a busy Friday night. He handled everything with ease, and I was so impressed that I left a $20 tip for him.

Great food hot Fresh ,limited staff to go orders only .but it was good anyway.

The server was incredibly polite and went above and beyond to provide excellent recommendations and promptly took my order. The food was delicious and arrived promptly, which was perfect as I was on a lunch break from work.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was okay, but the manager KD was unhelpful and dismissive. There was loud music playing from multiple sources, making the environment noisy and uncomfortable. Despite repeatedly asking for the noise to be turned down, nothing was done. When I finally spoke to manager KD, he shrugged off my concerns. I ended up paying for a meal that I couldn't finish and only left a tip for the waitress out of courtesy. Manager KD was not helpful at all.
