Starbucks - Fairfield

Beware. The store closes early sometimes. Or at least it did for me today. Lobby closed at 12:00 p.m. (Google maps shows it open until 8:30 p.m. today)

Regular Coffee flavored drip coffee was cold via drive through.

Asked me if I wanted cream, I said yes. They proceeded to give me a completely overflowing cup of black coffee. I then drove 15 minutes home to find out my coffee was not made correctly and I had no creamer in the house. Maybe if the person running the window would focus and pay attention instead of doing everything as fast as humanly possible she would have made my coffee right and not messed up my day so bad. Don't worry, they got their $5 tip though.

Not very friendly if you are not a regular. Quite rude with the attitudes. Cellphones should be kept out of their hands.

On my way to San Francisco. I stop by the Starbucks on 1200 Oliver Rd. I ordered a mobile order which I do every single day. I asked the lady in the front I believe she's the manager to check on my order. Since I have been waiting over 30 minutes already. She did not let me speak. She rudely cut me off and said would you like your refund without even letting me explain. I said I don't want a refund. I'm trying to talk to you and you're not talking to me you're just talking at me there's a difference. And she walks away. The worst customer service I ever had as a manager, especially in Starbucks Corporation
