Panera Bread - Fairfield

The experience was straightforward and unremarkable. In the past, I've had mediocre meals here, but during my last visit in September 2022, I ordered a Frontega Chicken sandwich and a Margherita pizza, both of which were barely edible. The ingredients seemed carelessly assembled, the food was cold—even though I ate it immediately after it was served—and it lacked flavor. It made me wonder if inexperienced cooks were preparing the meals. With so many excellent pizza and sandwich places nearby, I’m not sure why I keep coming back here. This will definitely be my last visit. If a large national chain can't consistently deliver high-quality food, they really should reconsider their approach.

The food was quite disappointing, resembling rabbit food, and they ran out of ingredients early in the day. The menu is also quite limited. My mom and I had to find a way to make the best of it. She ordered the cheddar soup, while I got the Baja, which honestly looked more like pork. On the bright side, the location in the Trumbull Mall is great, but overall, I feel that the restaurant does not live up to expectations.

My order was completed, and the manager was very attentive and supportive.

First time visiting this Panera since we moved from New York. The food was good as always. The customer service excellent. The bread was a bit hard but overall everything was good. Bathroom was dirty maybe because it was the end of the day, I hope so. I did enjoy the time with my family there.
