Johnny's - Fairfield

Fantastic place for breakfast! They serve classic diner fare, and the staff is really friendly.

As former residents of Connecticut now living in Pennsylvania, we truly miss having a fantastic diner like Johnny’s. The breakfast we had was delicious, and our waitress did an outstanding job.

The best breakfast in town! Nick and Patrice are wonderful people!

This is a classic, old-school diner—a rare find these days. The service was incredibly friendly and prompt. I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich, which was quite tasty. There was a significant extra charge for egg whites, but I felt it was worth it. However, the bacon was a bit on the thin side.

The chef here is a true artist!! It is very rare that you ask for a medium well done burger, and still get such a juicy patty out of it! The flavors in the light and fluffy waffle were so subtle, that I could taste each individual ingredient. Even the syrup did not drown out the buttermilk flavor. And last but not the least, the coleslaw was just absolutely devine! No other words to describe it!!
