Sweetfrog Premium Frozen Yogurt

The store in Chantilly is one of the best stores I have been too. The store is always clean and the employees are very welcoming. One of the employees Jennifer is very nice. She was very kind to my kids. My husband also works in the area and he says she is always very pleasant and has great customer service. Keep it up Jennifer and to the store owner as well.

It offers a great product and a nice family friendly environment. Their prices have gone up a lot since they first opened. Three of their smallest cups without toppings have been running about $25

I recently visited this Sweet Frog with friends, and unfortunately, our experience was far from enjoyable. Upon entering, we decided to capture some memories of the cute interior design with a few photos before purchasing our frozen yogurt. To our surprise, the manager, who appeared to be a senile old man, approached us with unnecessary hostility.He proceeded to interrogate us about our intention behind taking photos, demanding explanations. The atmosphere quickly turned uncomfortable and creepy. Despite having every intention to purchase frozen yogurt, the manager rudely questioned our motives, asking if we were going to buy anything, even though we already had the empty froyo cups in hand to fill.Our brief moment of capturing a photo for personal memories turned into an unwarranted and unpleasant encounter with the management. It's disappointing that a simple and harmless action resulted in such an unnecessary confrontation. This experience has left us with a negative impression of Sweet Frog and we hope others are spared from a similar uncomfortable encounter.
