Pizza Boli's - Fairfax

I used to dine here frequently when I lived nearby. However, in recent years, the quality and customer service have declined significantly. My most recent visit was a disappointment and I will not be wasting my time here again.

I would recommend going somewhere else for a better experience. The customer service at this restaurant is the worst I've ever experienced. Every time I order something, they manage to mess it up in one way or another. I wish I had written a review sooner. Today, I ordered a sandwich without pickles, but it still came with pickles on it. I called to confirm they could remake it without pickles, and was assured they could. However, when it arrived, it still had pickles. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to tell me they could remake it, and then argue with them about my original request. Eventually, they said it would take another 1 to 2 hours for a new sandwich. If you can avoid ordering from this restaurant, I highly suggest doing so.

The pizza from this restaurant is so tasty that I order it frequently, and it always leaves me wanting more. Plus, it arrives piping hot with delivery. I highly recommend it!

I like the guy who answers to the phone. he does really good work in customer service. I never messed up my order. I like the taste of the pizza. the texture of the teigs is different. Do not forget to try their Jumbo wings.

Fries were hot but SO soggy and our Stromboli was soggy and sloppy too, but nothing compares to the two small pieces of garlic bread for $6. They couldn’t even give a whole loaf of bread. $6 for two slices of bread ? and the rest of the food soggy
