Glory Days Grill Of Fairfax

We've driven past this place a few times and finally decided to stop in. I really wish we had done it sooner! What a fantastic spot. The burgers were amazing and cooked to perfection, and the wings were excellent. It wasn't too crowded either. We'll definitely be returning. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Went there for lunch. Food was great but service was lacking. Waitress seemed uninterested in serving us and seemed to keep forgetting stuff which is fine but felt we didn't see her a ton to fix those issues. She was friendly when she did interact with us but have had way better service at other Glory Days in other location so it was a little disappointing. Food, especially the thigh wings and burger were great.

The manager Charissa consistently gives horrible service and has a terrible attitude when HER STAFF repeatedly gives the wrong orders. I was given the wrong salad that had foods in it that I am allergic to, and not only did she not care about my safety, she didn't apologize nor try to rectify the issue. I wasted my break coming there and waiting forever for to-go service even after I placed my order 30 minutes ahead. Worst glory days location. You're better off going to Wendy's.

Just MEH at best. The wings were ok, not a ton of flavor or heat for being considered hot. The Crab Mac and cheese was lukewarm. Being in a fake cast iron skillet, I expected it to be hot. Nope. I also had a Cleveland Brownie Sundae. I 'm not sure what makes it Cleveland, but it also was served in the same fake cast iron skillet, and it suffered the same as the Mac and cheese. You 'd expect to scald your mouth on the Brownie touching the bottom of the skillet, but it was like it just came out of the fridge, and they knocked the chill off in a microwave. My waiter started out attentive with the first drink refill, but I had to ask for subsequent refills.

Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant bar. Took 20 minutes to get even acknowledged by a server. Another 10 to get a simple miller lite draft. My buddy ordered chicken tenders. They came out with no dipping sauce. No ketchup on the table. No napkins silverware plate. We later asked for one round of beers and a check. Beers came… no check for at least 20 mins. Bill was 15 or so bucks for my 3 beers I put a 20 dollar bill in. I was planning on leaving it all despite the awful service but the fact that the waitress didn’t even ask if I needed change. She just assumed to keep the change. I believe Andrea was the waitress today? 50 or so years old with a hand tattoo. I’m a bartender of 10 years so I try to be understanding but Jesus I wouldn’t go here again if someone offered to pay for me to eat for free.
