California Shabu Shabu - Fairfax

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and attentive, making for a delightful dining experience! We tried the prime beef, chicken, pork, shrimp, and scallops, and the prime beef and pork were definitely the highlights. It took us a few minutes to get the hang of the process, but the end result was delicious. We're also glad we opted for the spicy miso broth!

Visit this restaurant! You won't regret it. This was my first time, and it was fantastic! I was initially unsure about how things worked, but the incredible flavors more than made up for it. The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is top-notch, and the food is simply outstanding! The prices are just right for the quality offered. I will definitely be returning!

Review for a Party of 2: We ordered one spicy miso and one tonkotsu, along with two large plates of choice beef ribeye. The meal included a sauce-making station and a plate of assorted vegetables and noodles. After dipping the meat into the hot pot, we ended up with a delicious bowl of udon and broth. I really enjoyed my experience here and will definitely return to try their other broth options!

MT was an excellent hostess. She was incredibly helpful and friendly, taking the time to explain how everything is prepared since it was our first visit. My friends and I had a fantastic time. I would definitely return. The entire staff was very welcoming.
