Krystal - Fairburn

I ordered by car. Did the window and was said they didn't have cookies?.but the Lord offered to make my sandwich on toast. So I said okay, he was apologetic and really nice about it. I had to move forward and park to wait and he went out. It wasn't as good as it was. And the potatoes were hard. But because he walked out of the way, just being nice, it's all good. I gave the hard eggs my dog and she was happy to get an unexpected treat! I'd go back and hopefully get what I really wanted. But as I said, the pleasant attitude didn't even upset me that I spent $5 on a breakfast I didn't eat. I wish everyone working in fast food restaurants could be so nice. He and the young man he trained on the register made it a good experience worth 5 stars!

He waited with my sons for over 30 minutes. Had gone, but they were so hungry after playing. At this point, whatever was in the bag we held. Lady gave us the bag and she saw I check. Now everything said in there. All right, WRONG! Even the coke was irrigated. Never back!

This place always has problems at night. Tonight we were asked to wait 15 to 20 minutes because they were in the middle of a shift. We were asked to wait in the parking lot? What? This isn't the first time this place will drop the ball. I think I'm going out to the service.

This is one of the worst places!!! Always have to wait 10 minutes!! The workers at this point are lazy, inadequate and always command during sitting in the dining room (what can explain waiting) I mean, seriously, how long does it take to cook a burger? This place needs a completely new staff/management.

After placing my order, I had to wait just over 10 minutes to receive my food...however, I didn't mind the wait as the server ensured that my order was made fresh...and it was. ? I'm usually not a big fan of Krystal's but I have to admit that they scored a home-run, touch down and/or a slam dunk as my order was fresh and delicious. Thank you to Krystal for a tasty and wonderful meal experience...their Chilli fries are Tha Bomb Dot Com!!!!
