Firebelly Wings - Fairburn

I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food I ordered was spoiled, and it completely ruined my meal. I couldn't believe the poor quality of what was served to me. I don't think I'll be returning here anytime soon.

Went to this spot Wing and Fish and ordered a 6pc wings with shrimp fried rice. I asked that they ONLY put onions and egg in the rice NO peas and carrots. I received my order and I checked it and it was peas and carrots in my rice. I let the girl know and she took the meal to the back. Not even a minute went by and she came back with the food. I looked in the box and it was still a few peas in the rice. So at this point I'm thinking .. do they think I'm stupid!? Y'all clearly just picked out the peas and carrots. So now I'm thinking did y'all use your hand!? Like what in the entire F@ ! I called and they said they would make it over and of course like no give me my money back. The Asian dude came from the back and he didn't even apologize. It took all my might not to blow up but I refused to let them get me out of my character. Will never spend another penny at this establishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food was delicious I ordered thru doordash so I was able to just just walkin and food was already waiting

Everyone complains about the Cashiers, they aren't the most pleasant all the time, but the food is good. We've been ordering for years now, i'm not eating the customer service soooooIf you just want to order good food, in and out...This is the place! If you want them to kiss your behind, not the place for you

The door and website state that they close at 9:30, but I arrived at 9:16 and found them already closed. So frustrating!
