Hot Head Burritos - Fairborn

This restaurant is usually known for providing excellent dining experiences. However, during my recent visit, I witnessed a new employee struggling to wrap burritos properly. Unfortunately, I saw him discard half of a customer's toppings in the trash before wrapping the burrito by the trash can, resulting in a much smaller burrito. The customer appeared shocked but said nothing, paid for her food, and left. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate person for improvement.

My visit to this restaurant was unpleasant. There were only a few pieces of cheese in the small bowl I ordered. The cashier was unfriendly, wearing a grey visor and black shirt. I didn't intend to disturb her while she was working in the back room.

Walked in 20 minutes before close on the way to work, the whole staff was very pleasant and food was even better!! Will be back!!

This place has changed 100% in the past month all new employees and its no longer a good restaurant. The portions are so small and they charged me an extra $1 for a half scoop of rice that's ridiculous, when I said something to the new employee about the charge of the rice he stared me down like he wanted to fight. I've been going to this location for a long time but will not give them my money anymore!

My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for years and have spent a lot of money on food. It used to be great, but recently the employees have become very rude and stingy with portions.
