The Barista Cats - Fairbanks

The barista smiled and very friendly. I ordered a few sausage bacon breakfast burritos (about $15 for two) my first impression was that this is one.

It has been for several years that I had to visit barista cats, but it was just as beautiful as I remembered friendly baristas, good coffee and the Cat theme.

My man got coffee here all the time when we were posted to wainwright. it was his favorite, and he's not a coffee lover, so it says something!

This is the underestimated place in fairbanks. I love the smoothies here and every time I drink, they are very consistent in taste. you can easily say that the smoothies here are made fresh with real fruits.

I've been gone for over two years and they still have gigantic burritos for the same decent price. I recommend the works with onions, peppers, sour cream, salsa added. Well worth the $6. I also like their signature Barista Cat (WC Americano) and the high caffeine white coffee option.They've done well with their business and are able to stand out over many other coffee huts/shops.
