Subway - Fairbanks

No personal wore masks. I will not eat here until this changes, they must protect their customers from an infected hired.

I used the online order in the hope to save a little time. but when I picked up the sandwiches, it wasn't clear whether I should stay in touch with all the other sandwich orders or just go to the cash register. the personal was not necessarily helpful, but think it should be included by asking if someone is there to pick up an online and paid order. when I waited for all the other sandwiches in the line, my sandwiches were ready, but the chips I chose were not and drinks were not. perhaps it was supervised that these things were selected and ready to go. In summary, I like the idea, but I thought it would save time and not.

I always thought subway was a solid 3 star place to get a quick sandwich, but with their recent actions and decisions, i can safely say that they are now a solid one star place. They no longer make you a sandwich as you want and instead will not allow for certain combinations, for example you CANNOT get their garlic butter spread on anything but Italian bread and the reasoning is that the computer doesn 't allow for such a combination. So either they are bread racist or the custom cannot get their sandwich how they want. So yeah, quick easy sandwich with day old lettuce and the custom not having the freedom to get their sandwich is what you get at subway for $8.50 now a days

While I normally love eating a subway, I did not have a great experience this time. The employees were friendly but with only one person in line ahead of me it still took 10 mins before I was helped because three of the four employees on staff were messing around in the back. While making the sandwich for the customer in front of me who had hot bacon on his sandwich, the employee accidentally dumped it in the tomatoes and just laughed it off. I do not eat meat so this is an issue to have what the employee called the bacon flavored tomatoes . Then two of the employees decided to come out from behind the counter to clean but one ended up jumping up and sitting on the high counter near the sub station and loudly joked around with the other. Like I said I normally love coming here and the long time employee that was there was great to me. But man, not the best experience this time.
