Shogun Japanese - Fairbanks

Heard so many good things about this location. Our first day in Alaska from Houston we decided to try it and we can say it was a good experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and never let us go thirsty, and our chef kept us entertained while cooking. The only downside was just the tight spot between us, which made it kind of difficult to have elbow room to eat and also the amount of food for the price. Overall, it was a great place to check out when in Alaska.

The chefs show off their skills while cooking food in front of you on a hibachi grill. We just went to a birthday party here and had fun. Not much of a beer/drink selection. The food was good. It's expensive but entertaining. Be prepared to wait for a table. It's best to have a larger party and reservations.

Fun great food! I got the steak and shrimp. Delicious! Our cook was HILARIOUS! Come with a sense of humor and don't go if you're easily offended! I loved this place!!!

Good options on menu. Soups are good. Tried hibachi style. Chef is amazing.

Very good. I like the menu selection and the noddle offerings.
