We arrived and no one greeted us or showed us to a table, which wasn’t even cleaned. We had to clear off the table ourselves. It also took a long time to place our orders, and one of the dishes never actually arrived. The food was definitely overpriced; I ordered rice cakes and dumplings, and for over $20, I only received four dumplings. Our party of five also had a 15% gratuity automatically added to our bill.

It seemed like our waitress was unhappy in her job, and unfortunately, that affected our experience. I encourage the management to have a conversation with her; it's important that staff members don’t let their negative emotions impact guests, especially in a place frequented by tourists. It felt like they may not prioritize return customers since they only see tourists. I typically wouldn't give such a low rating, as I understand the challenges of running a restaurant. However, in this case, I have to mark them down severely. We were served unwashed bowls, which is frankly unacceptable. On a positive note, the restaurant’s atmosphere and presentation are appealing, which is why I gave it a higher overall rating despite the service issues. --- Please let me know if you need any further modifications!
The restaurant has deteriorated a bit. The ambiance is uninviting, and the remaining rooms feel unwelcoming and poorly maintained. The service is just average, and the food is only mediocre, making it hard to recommend for travel. I don’t think I’ll dine here again.
Good: eating taste ok. fair: food quantity just doesn't really suit the price. bad: service and environment overall. the restaurant is in the cellar, so it is quite hot. I understand that ppl works hard here, but: 1. table was not clean when we sit. or we can say quite dirty. 2. the woman who seems to be the chief has no emotion on her face and has not liked to answer our question when we asked about Wi-Fi. 3. Everything is in a hurry. They just don't feel like they care about quality or how they are treated. it is in the round, they are here and we give them to eat, that is it. we also found haare in the small plate, but at this point we don't even want to ask to replace our court more. 4. if we order a bibimap, the waitress placed our glass next to us and did not return. after the bibimap is right in front of our face and there is no room.
Good to try. Ok food. The rice bowl and short ribs are a bit dried, overcooked. Restaurant is inside, downstairs.
