Contribuiți la feedbackWe had a wonderful Christmas evening in jazzbistro. the mood was great. because of the storm the band could not let it play, so the chef impromptu music played for us! very impressed and so Caribbean. the food was good, but the desert was too sweet. it was expensive. overall, when they are a jazz fan, come and try! they will not be disappointed.
My man and I went without reservation and were immediately greeted and sitting. the lighting and the music for a great atmosphere after a long hectic day in the office. there are no words to describe the amazing service and the conversation we had experienced. I didn't expect it! I do not “new” very well and I never had a menu like this. I was happy with everything we ordered. I can promise you that my man and I have already decided to spend our future date at night here the jazz bistro on the 4th street in fairbanks. they also make Latin nights in the evening for couples looking for something fun to do together without the hectic background scene. actually there are not enough stars for me to leave a real review. if they've never been in jazz buzz, they'll do it and start the car!
Amazing little discovery! came during the week, so it was moderately slow, what was nice, we got a table right away. host was super nice, I guess this place was on the food network and after eating I can see why! Cuban eating and tapas! I am very happy that I didn't share my shrimp cocktail that was incredibly delicious but filled up on my own faust. it was like a hearty stew and I highly recommend it! living room. my quality. the heh was amazing without the sauces, but the crema and the quality around it is really top notch. a great selection of crying that they expect, I have not seen any ghosts, but with all that wee I have not missed it. great eating, amazing insta worthy presentation, beautiful service! a little pricier than other places, but the food quality makes it worth every cent!
Really good eating and the mood environment very Latin. my mother and I came when they got up. we made a reservation and it was a good one. parking was not difficult, although the restaurant is in fairbanks. we are on Friday at 18 o'clock close. the owner is nice, professional and Cuban! we are Peruvian, we enjoyed talking to him in our native language. the food was fresh and delicious. also the table service was reasonable and not overwhelming. the portions were also quite good portions. this restaurant is very popular and a reservation is required because it fills up quickly. while we were there, they played latin music in the background. but I know they have a life music there. at the entrance were instruments. my mother visited ak, but I will come back in definitiw.
Dinner was so good we contemplated staying another night in Fairbanks just to eat here again. After a week of road-tripping through Alaska, all the highly rated places from Fairbanks to Anchorage were such a disappointment so I was expecting more of the overhyped bland mediocre food. Yes, I’m one of those people whose day is ruined by a bad meal. If you appreciate delicious fresh food with banging taste, come here! The organic house salad with vinaigrette dressing was so good I ordered another to go. My spicy shrimp was spicy but oh so fresh and tasty. Hubby’s steak pork was perfection. You can probably ask chef Rico to dial down the (hot) spicy in certain dishes if needed. We hoovered down the Tres Leche cake which was super moist and just the right sweetness. I only wish we had ordered the homemade fresh bread before it ran out and went when the live band was playing. We left a full dining room just after 11pm. Note: It’s tucked away on a quieter street but just a stone’s throw away from the Crepery.
