House Of Fire Pizza - Fairbanks

My family loves this pizza and would eat it most days of the week. I'm not big on pizza and it usually tastes fantastic. I have had a kinda doughy pizza but I was the only one with that opinion and that was lunchtime while dinners are perfect. We had to wait a couple times for our food due to no deliver people that sucked but that's not totally on them.

The pizza is great, the place is great but tipping is fixed at 15% or 18% or more. I hate that. Please change your tipping policy. When you are forced to tip a certain amount, that detracts from the deliciousness of the pizza.

The pizza here is outta the world, the pizza was cooked perfectly, and it was delicious The reason I am giving 3 stars is because of the service. We came here late, the restaurant was half full and we place an order. The pizzas came out in about 20 minutes, and we enjoyed. However, we sat at the restaurant for over 90 minutes waiting for the dessert we had ordered. After asking for it, 2 times, and after the second time the response I got after asking for the second time was kind of rude, with a “we can make a cannoli for you if that’s what you want”, got a cannoli that seemed to be thrown together, fast and without wanting to do it. If you decide visit this place, stick to the pizza,

Establishment was very clean, staff was super nice. Wood fired pizza came out cooked perfect. Really no complaints. The pizza was just not my cup of tea. Not bashing the food, just not my favorite style of pizza.

This place is a badly run restaurant that serves them bad eating at an extremely high price. try them hungry robot or east ramp pizza if they want a good pizza. better, just get a frozen pizza and save her money. dirty food too.
