Hilltop Marketplace - Fairbanks

I stopped here four times while traveling to and from Manley, AK. Everything we tried was delicious, and there was plenty to go around. I especially enjoyed the Breakfast Pan Bake. I highly recommend this place if you find yourself in the middle of nowhere. The service was excellent as well!

The pie was absolutely delicious, and the biscuits and gravy were excellent. The meat lovers wrap was also fantastic. I was really excited to find out they serve alcohol! The staff was incredibly friendly too!

The best coconut cream pie I've ever had! I just bought one and was absolutely amazed by it.

This place is a shadow of its former self. It's no longer a diner; it only has 3-4 tables and serves mediocre quick food. If you're searching for a proper meal, I recommend looking elsewhere.

The restaurant has a clean and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff. Everything is made fresh to order, so it's a good idea to allow an extra 10-15 minutes when placing your order. They offer a nice variety of freshly baked pies and the coffee is excellent. Prices are reasonable too.
